As a solution for a growing IT business, MCLA Construction was contracted to complete this extension whilst the building remained operational. Construction consisted of enhanced foundations with tilts panels tying into the foundations and floor slab. The insulated roof panels are supported by steel purlins connecting into a 360 universal beam with oversized windows and a sectional garage door to compete the frontage.
The MCLA team builds strong connections with subcontractors and ensures efficient project management from start to finish.
