An architectural home, completed by MCLA Construction. This home has a traditional gable form with modern features. Cladded in rough sawn board and batten cedar, cream brick veneer, white snaplock tray cladding and roofing. The perimeter fence is a point of interest and a nod to the character in the area, built with reclaimed bricks from the 2011 Christchurch earthquakes.
